Plea Bargains are being negotiated at this time. I would favor forcing the Mortgage Companies to turn over all available House Deeds foreclosed on. Then distribute the houses in a lottery of foreclosed home owners. The Financial Industry eats the loss of equity. That will affect a few bonuses.
