I think you may be thinking of narcolepsy rather than apnea. As truly fascinating as I find these comments, I often find myself dozing off while reading them in the morning.
If you have to have a meeting, the best time is right before lunch. Everyone is keyed up to grab a bite to eat so that they can concentrate on catching their ‘nooner’
