Arlo is barbecuing. Janis tells him, "Cook the hamburgers thoroughly, now!" Arlo says, "Yeah, yeah.." Arlo stands over the barbecue pit as the food cooks. Janis comes over and says, "You're getting them done, aren't you?" Arlo turns to her and annoyed, says, "If you say that one more time..."

She’s right, though. Ground and chopped meats HAVE to be cooked all the way through to be safe, unlike solid pieces of steak.
