Yeah yeah and Wildcat gets Deke to convince Gil to move his Bobby to RB and Kaz doesn’t like it…..next.NIce prognosis by Picard – if a player broke his leg would he say he seemd a little “limpy”?

“With a head injury? You bet. His leg could be falling off and I’d put him back in there, but I’m not taking any chances on being sued over a concussion.”

lureman: “That Coach” is still an employee of the school system and coached freshmen basketball last year.

Well, at least they’re treating it correctly in P3 by holding a slice of wonder bread on the head

Back in Wildcat’s day they didn’t let a little thing like that keep a player out of a game! Maybe Azal can play running back.

I can’t magnify P3 enough to read what Chip is thinking in that dirt-like thing smudge on the other side of the Wonderbread bandage. Could he be worried about his scholarship to Wesleyan?

What kind of surface are they playing on that the kid’s head would make a thud on contact?

I thought the head would make a “ping” sound when it hit the Belle Plaine turf. Chip Visci’s takedown is reminicent of the Jim McMahon body slam by Green Bay’s Charles Martin.

@lureman: I think Gil’s doing the right thing, it was just the way it was worded. “With a head injury?” implied that Gil would put the kid back in the game with some other kind of injury.

Dang it, back in Wildcat’s day all they had was Wonderbread! None of these sissy helmets!
