The Pennys meet Archie & Jughead.

How odd………….when I enlarge it I get another version of the dinette set.

That didn’t work either ladyfinger. I will just come back later and try it. I could read the comic, and got the joke, but that was it.

When this comic appeared in my in box, it was squashed like so much of today’s television is. This page presents it in smaller form than it is in most newspapers. And, when you click on it, you get an older Sunday strip (??). GoComics strikes again!!

Besides that, I can’t tell what Skeaky’s image is.

Don’t be too hard on Burl. Only $25 in CASH, but there could be other stuff too. Like an expired Ace Hardware 25% off coupon or Jerry’s baby picture.

Where is Susan Sunshine? Everyone stop posting until we find Susan.

I haven’t even receieved my e-mail yet, but I did get my Daily Ink e-mail.

The wallet was probably empty.

How Lucky can I be—I found Burl’s billfold—returned it to him and made myself $50.00!

Back when I carried a full and heavy purse, the money was probably the least important thing in it – driver’s license, insurance card (both Auto and medical). and photos – and that was before they could all be renewed online and photos became digital. It used to be a real hassel – and we still don’t have clear indication of which decade Pennys are living. so I’m willing to cut some slack – And glitch in the magnifier started in another strip yesterday where they still have that today.

this is a bit of a re-tread. The original version of this particular strip had Burl saying (bragging) that the wallet had like $300 in it.

It appears, then, that he loses his wallet a lot.

A trunk full of posters………….. All will be put up…… And none taken down……….Burl will be collecting wallets…….. for months to come……… As long as they have at least….. $75 in each……

I post before bed, sometimes till two in the morning (CA time) (bad Susan!)… but every now and then I’m actually too sleepy, like last night.

I seldom get online before noon the next day, so when I answer people it’s already mid-afternoon on the East coast, and they never see it.

I’d love to know when this first ran, so I can compare.

I can’t imagine even the Pennys offering $75 for the return of $25.

And they probably haven’t considered the probability of its coming back stripped of its contents.

In my heyday, we made jokes about Polish or Italian people saying stuff like that. Now these nationalities have become really intelligent.
