I cannot believe that they did not try turning the water on. It seems rather silly to me. If Joel and Rufus installed the machine (I cannot remember if they installed it or the people from the store), they should not be blamed for this. However, if the people from the store installed it, and then purposefully left the water off to hood-wink them, that is not nice.
