I guess you folks get tired of my complaining about the way Al Capp pictures Southern Americans. Therefore I’m willing to make a deal with Al Sharpton, Bill Cosby, and the NAACP. I’ll put up with my sterio types if you will allow “Amos & Andy” to be shown again on TV and the “Song of the South” be released on the theaters and DVD. I don’t think I have to worry about them taking me up on that!
The Hammus Alabamus has been on many would be chef’s menu. I can remember in the 70’s when someone tried to cook her in some pork and beans to impress Sir ‘Orbile GasPayne, food critic, and thus the company’s pork and beans would replace pizza as the most popular food in the world.
