I think this is the first Gil Thorp story I’ve been able to follow.

Dr. Scavuzzo’s head not being connected to his body will make it easier for Molly to knock his block off when the time comes.

Yeah, that name Scavuzzo sounds like a dead giveaway for a scuzzy character in this strip. Only thing more certain would be evil-looking facial hair.
