^No, Tigger, because it didn’t happen. Ford was a nonentity who became an unelected president because of the resignation of the most criminal president in our history. He then pardoned Nixon, after which he decided he could run for president. The view of Republicans was as negative as it was, oh, when Obama got elected. Or worse.
I find it interesting that people fail to realize “God” and “Allah” are both the “God of Abraham” and therefore, arguably the same god… though I suppose it’s a bit like arguing about whether Santa Claus and Sinterklass are the same person
Allah does not just mean “God”; Allah is the name of the Islamic God. To them, the concept is inseparable, but those of us who do not believe in “Allah” do not have to accept their terms at all. Seeing as the Islamic creed is “There is no god but Allah, and Muhammad is his prophet”, it’s safe to say that “Allah” should only be used in reference to the Islamic God for clarity. Besides, the cartoon references a prayer to “Lord”, and then a prayer to “Allah”. The terms must denote names and not merely terms, or it makes no sense.
