Why didn’t B.O. read that box? It was right in front of him.

What’s this? An almost-joke? Too bad it was negated by the ridiculous footnote. If there is anyone who doesn’t know what “to wear a wire” means, grunt three times.

Next week… a footnote to tell us “dumb folk” that PC means personal computer.

    Excellent artwork today.

Glad to see that the negative comments are less and less. The quality for both artwork and plot advancement are definitely up. I will share one critique though - Dick’s thought bubble in the second panel should only be “I think.” He would have verbalized the first part to B.O. to respond to his question.

Hard to complain about today’s strip in particular. The artwork is quite good. The box seems simple, but presumably seven- and eight-year-olds still read the comics, so it’s fine. The second panel probably should have been dialogue instead of thought (or maybe the first sentence dialogue, the second sentence thought, if that isn’t setting the bar too high).

B.O.’s last text box is almost like an in-joke aimed at us for complaining about the artwork. Look at him sway on his feet, even as he says it.

    Hey Judy! How’s life?

With the exception of a strangely drawn tie in the second panel no complaints today.

Next Week … A reminder to readers that Tracy is about to take on a “Han SOLO” role in a Van outside the Casino. No “back up”, no one riding shotgun, no assistance … all in violation of Police proceadure. Not even Traze-R waiting in the shadows near by.

But wait ! Come to think of it, isn’t Lt. Teevo the “Communications” expert? The specialist “skill” he brought to the squad? Why not press him into some “real work” for a change. Let the man(?) “smell” a little action and danger. If not put “Useless Eustace” Teevo, as the first name on the list for retrenchment. It could be argued that gross incopetence is dereliction of duty. Time to go!

If anyone wishes to send an E-MAIL to Dick Locher with the above suggestion, the address is : TracyHQ@aol.com

Glad to see you are no longer on the knees, and coming around to a rational view.

Doesn’t “less and less negatives” EQUATE directly back to “improved” QUALITY?

With a genius already there that’s surprising(?) It would seem then, to be as a result of the ARRIVAL of a new, top “DIETY”! His name is “JIM BROZMAN” as you may have noted.

In the fantasy world that abounds with these creatures, his “worshiping” name is “JBsupervirtuoso”.

You have been granted “permission” to use it, with appropriate respect of course! ;)

Yeah, the art would really be good if DT took that Batman half-mask off his head in panels 1 and 2

“Wire*: A hidden listening device.” This would have been asterisk worthy forty years ago, but c’mon! Does Locher think that Tracy is the public’s only portal into law & order?
