   One of the best story lines of the past couple of years. Artwork has been much more consistent and higher quality. Locher and Brozman keep up the great work!

   My comment yesterday was not directed to the fact that most of the posts here are destructive criticism - I’ve accepted that and agree with some of what is posted here.

   I am just tired of reading the same one liners from the same people every day. It’s just like the ringmaster yelling “IT HAPPENED” over and over and over again - it gets a bit annoying.

   At least make an attempt at a novel content when you post. There’s no rule that you have to make a post every day, unless you feel like your day isn’t complete without posting to the Dick Tracy comments, in which case - good luck with all THAT.

   Reading these negative posts day in and day out, I can only help but think of a hypothetical television critic who keeps watching episode after episode of Hannah Montana and constantly berating it for not being Masterpiece Theater. How long do you think people would listen to this negative critic?

   My point is this - if you have a point to make, make it. But to constantly make the same comment day after day about how bad this is, well after a while doesn’t that lose its effect?

   Glad to see that the negative comments are less and less. The quality for both artwork and plot advancement are definitely up. I will share one critique though - Dick’s thought bubble in the second panel should only be “I think.” He would have verbalized the first part to B.O. to respond to his question.

   I for one would like to share my pleasure with the last couple of weeks of DT. The story is moving along and it’s interesting. The artwork is much improved as well. Hopefully this is a sign of a new “era of good tidings” in the strip and on this board.

    Most people of Gertie’s age wear glasses or use cheaters. Perhaps she takes them on and off - I know lots of elderly folks who are always doing just this.

    Also, this is a pertinent social issue to explore - have you ever noticed how many people are wasting away their twilight years in front of a slot machine?
