Val: That project has been staring me in the face for weeks... somehow I always find something else to do. Maybe I need a list. Ooh! "The Top 10 Things I Do to Procrastinate." Message: 10. File nails (can't think with ragged nails) 9. Make coffee (caffeine helps me think) 8. Clean cubicle (clutter!) 7. Dust (allergies) 6. Clean out email (again) 5. Surf Web for info relevant to project. 4. Check medical sites for clue to elbow pain (work related?) 3. Take short walk (clear head) 2. 10-minute stretch break (for back). And the number one thing I do to procrastinate is... Woman: Make a Top 10 list of things you do to procrastinate... Val: Do you mind? I'm busy.

About twenty or thirty years ago, KABL in San Francisco had a Procrastination Contest. The last entry received won two tickets to the 1932 World Series. I keep meaning to send in my entry, but just keep putting it off.
