Stone Soup by Jan Eliot for August 23, 1998
Transcript:
Stone Soup by Jan Eliot Holly: Hey mom- how does it feel to be on the tail end of the "boomers"? Val: You know, Holly... generational labels are just marketing ploys. You can't reduce all the circumstances, emotions, politics, and history of an entire generation down to simplistic labels like "hippie" "yuppie" "boomer" or "gen-x." Labels are meaningless, and only serve to fragment society. I hope they don't name your generation. Holly: But without a label, How will I know who I am?? Val: I'll write your name on the tags of your underwear.

I believe Holly falls into the Millenial generation by definition of year of birth.
