bullwinkle has a point. Muslims wouldn’t bomb one of their holiest cities. It’s the worst PR move imaginable and yet wouldn’t bring much.

(sarcasm on) AAAAAAH! ARMAGEDDON, AT LAST! WE’LL BE ASCENDING TO HEAVEN SOON! (sarcasm off)

I have a feeling some of the right is actually expecting this…

The biggest thing everyone misses is why not let them have it right now they are useing it for a power stuggle with the west. and if they are dumb enough to use it then they would have about 90% of teh world knocking on there front door with a large load of firepower it make WW2 look like a holiday

The sixth pillar of Islam is the “lesser jihad”. The struggle is not with the west but FOR the world . If they die on the way , for them even better . Dead or alive win win .

Iran is not in development , stockpile is the word . 1 to 3 years from now you’ll fell the heat . It wont be Israel .

What would Iran possibly gain by funding terrorism?

The same thing they hope to gain by getting nukes…political-religious, military, and economic power. Your tone is condescending, CanadienDuck; I will refrain from speaking with you in the future…Unless, your learn some conversational etiquette.

You want me to answer like I would if I was in their shoes; because I just told you what I think they want, from my perspective. In Lib-Speak: We want national autonomy and the ability to pursue our cultural destiny. The only thing is , their culutural destiny includesour demise.

Since Iran knows that the US government is trigger-happy every time a country doesn’t see things their way, they want to play games with us now. Irans PM is twisted and who knows what he will do.

These same cartoonists who, like Mr Anderson, are doing their best to aid those who would propel the United States into a war with Iran, will be those who in their cartoons show how much they regret the war when it turns sour (that is, if any of us are left around to tell). The problem is not Iran’s non-existent arsenal of nuclear weapons, but rather the very much existent arsenal of nuclear and other weapons which are pointed at that country and the very public threats to «obliterate» it. But then, of course, without the consistent demonisation of adversaries - handy that one always turns up in the nick of time, is it not ? - people in the US might begin to take a long hard look at that over one million million dollars annually spent on the military and begin to wonder if perhaps some of that money might not be more wisely spent providing adequate health care to the residents of that country….
