It’s actually a myth that bulls don’t like red. Any colored cloth works. Bulls are color blind. Still it works here because it’s curtains for him. What probably set him off was that the curtains were pink. Bulls are male and I imagine if there’s one color they hate, it’s pink.

One other thing. The bull didn’t hear the guy say “I’ll be outta your way. The bull thought he said “Blah, blah, blah….OLE!”

I read, long ago, (in Mad Magazine) that bulls didn’t dislike the color red but that cows do. And the only reason a bull gets mad is because he thinks you’ve mistaken him for a cow.

Mythbusters did an episode on the color red and china shop myths abouth bulls. Both myths were busted.

Took me a sec to catch this. Funny. I especially like the bull’s shirt.

In the multi-story apartment building I used to live in, bulls were limited to ground-floor units for this very reason. A lawsuit was filed at one time, charging species discrimination, but the courts upheld the landlord, citing public safety concerns. This “cartoon” is actually based on fact…remember, you read this on the internet, so you know it’s true.

Yes, celecca, the lawsuit charged (no pun intended) that denying bulls the right to live above the first floor was tantamount to “species discrimination” and violated the California constitution re fair housing. You can look it up in the San Francisco Chronicle - I don’t remember exactly which issue.
