alice is outside right now because she’s ten feet tall and busy walking CLIFFORD THE BIG RED DOG.

I was thinking of that book from the 60s - “Go Ask Alice” about the drug addict girl who kept a diary of trying to get straight - right up to the time she died.

My first thought was of “White Rabbit” also.

Unfortunately (for my current age), I was in San Francisco from 1967-1976. Boy, what interesting times (actually, I quit wandering around when the Zebra killings started - about 1973)…Anyone else remember the “Berkeley Barb”? (And believe me, the hippie girls were NOT like the “flower children” you see in the movies.)
