Had a Bison burger not too long ago. Rather tasty.
Those which we eat are raised for the purpose. If you don’t mind eating meat, they’re about as good as anything else.
There is room for all of God’s creatures. Next to the mashed potatoes on the plate.

Buffalo are not endangered and buffalo burgers are delicious.
They should start eating Kangaroo–they’re like squirrels in Australia and don’t have the gas effect of cows, haha.
They’re not endangered now. But what about when Vicky was alive and wearing the Great Funny Hat? We did come within an ace of wiping them out at one point, after all.
They do eat kangaroo in Australia – some species are quite common, and are indeed used for meat.
oooo, a good one is a ‘mountain gorilla burger’ with onions or maybe a good ‘panda bear’ steak… mmmmmm!
but nothing says thanksgiving like a plump roast bald eagle with stuffing and cranberry sauce

Just passed through NoDak and SoDak, and saw a beautiful herd of low-fat hamburgers on the hoof, up close and personal.
