Spot on, Night.I taught High School math and College Computer Operating Systems and Hardware – after a successful 20 year career running my own consulting firm w/5 employees (hardly massive, but it surely qualifies as ‘Doing’ in a STEM field).
Not all teachers are there because that’s all they can do. An awful lot are there because they love the subject and love helping lead others to love it as well.
