I fell asleep the other night during a movie that started at about 8PM. I awoke at 1:20 AM with a full glass in my hand, having not spilled a drop.

i often fall asleep in front of the TV, but i try to do it in front of PBS rather than the comedy network or teletoon

No real lover of books (at least, none that I can imagine just now) would tolerate himself drooling on his own “children”. I’m surprised Andy doesn’t strangle him for doing that.

Hello I’m new here. I never fall asleep while reading. My books are my children. Then when I am done I am ready to get rid of them. I am from Wichita, KS with major layoffs. I do enjoy go-comics.

I’m from the Wichita area - live out about 45 minutes from most of it. The job situation is pretty bleak right now. We’ve been a one-income family for 20 years, and we’re very thankful that my husband still has a job. He’s having to take a couple weeks off w/o pay a few times, but compared to many, we’re doing okay.

I am orignally from Wichita, KS. Married 28 years ago and spent outside of Wichita, KS in Cheney. My husband retired before moving with 2 adult kids. Daughter just finished 9 month college and our son worked short time for Kellogg Walmart. Needs a job. And unfortunately Cessna will be laying off more workers. I do not work for aircraft but the county part-time. They turLost major contract. do not wamt me down for full time so I plan for temp serv. for office. Yes it is very bleak in KS. Nice to hear from Wichita. I do enjoy go comics. One problem with employers they are very picky even if you live in Wichita your degrees wont get you any where.:(
