personally, I prefer to marinate them overnight and then impale the little boogers on shish ka bobs cooked over the grill with green peppers , onions & tomatoes

Whenever Jonathan Swift is mentioned, the first thing that comes to mind is “Gulliver’s Travels”, of course. “A Modest Proposal” was very well-known in his time (as far as things were “well-known” then) but less so today. Yes, I agree, this is apropos of mostly nothing, but I was bored.

Of course what you have to fry them first who can have them any other way

Don’t forget the Olive Oil and Garlic … And a bit of sage helps, too.
