It’s impossible to follow that philosophy… because how small of an animal can you have that still has an equal right to live? By that logic, my intestinal bacteria have as equal a right to live as anything else, and I’m constantly crapping them to death. What gives?

Mosquitos – has anyone ever been able to justify their existence, other than as food for bats and some birds?

I make exceptions to biting insects and those insects which won’t move off the highway soon enough.

Mosquitos are very helpful to the various bacteria and virusii that get passed on by them.

What about bacteria and viruses that your immune system is constantly killing?

Haven’t seen this one in awhile. I’d forgotten how funny I find the word “spat.”
