Grandmother, huh? Ah, but on which side, father’s or mother’s?

She must be on his mom’s side! But, if she was his dad’s mom, that may just explain his dad’s attitude.

I hope we get to meet Granny someday. But what country is she from? Where are they likely to have women in Special Forces? Israel? Russia? That could explain the RPG.

I think that Lio was a love child, and either Mom and Dad never married or she left him soon after the shotgun wedding. Special-Forces Grandma (paternal) probably “took her out” soon afterward, hence Lio lives w/ Dad.

Would you risk NOT writing a thank you note if that was your Grandmother, margueritem?
