I think Danziger’s just poking a little fun at the official government title for Kim Jong-Il. After all, he couldn’t be president as his father was officially the “Eternal President”.
And what a little twerp that guy is to be leader of millions of people. Like Henry VI, for instance, or even better, Henry VIII. I mean, the western nations have had leader-twerps, too, like the leader of the US for eight long years. Just past.
