I had a friend like that went to an acclaimed east coast uni in MA. Thinks the world owes him for his greatness. Knew more than his diabetes doctor, and had emergency surgery yesterday to remove 2 toes. He follows doctor’s instructions only when he feels like it, and if he’s been “Good” about eating properly then he is allowed to over carb and sugar out.
