Trump might have allowed GQPs to send money and arms to Ukraine if Zelensky had given him dirt on Biden, but only until he got rebuked by Putin.

Haven’t those folks in the boat heard of the MUNICH AGREEMENT of September 1939 and the history of what lead up to it and its aftermath. It sounds like the boys (and one girl) in the boat are ready to sign a new Agreement, but with Putin this time.

Trump’s first impeachment was because he was holding aid to Ukraine hostage until Zelensky provided some dirt on Biden. Zelensky still has not provided any of the imaginary dirt on Biden that the MAGATs demand, so Republicans are still doing Trump’s bidding, continuing to hold aid to Ukraine hostage. The once-respected Republican Party of the 1950’s all the way up until 2015 — when they were merely greedy in their aggressive efforts to REDISTRIBUTE wealth from the working people who produce it to the few richest elites who own and control the productive resources but were not traitors aiding and abetting our adversaries — was deeply opposed to Russian aggression.

Today’s Republican Party, which has become nothing more than the MAGAT cult hates Zelensky because, unlike the Republicans, Zelensky has enough character and fortitude to refuse to surrender to Russian domination the way they did. Chamberlain will go down in history as a traitor, or at least a weak kneed moron. But we haven’t learned from his mistakes. If you think standing with our allies is expensive, wait until you see the results of abandoning them.

The Redpublicans still haven’t gotten their 30 pieces of silver yet and are holding out until they get their share.

Maybe MAGA Mike Johnson could’ve saved his speakership if he cut a deal with Democrats to fund Ukraine, but instead he went to Mar a Lardo to kiss the ring of a psycho criminal mobster who holds the strings to what used to be a respectable political party.

My hope is that the MAGA whack caucus tosses him out, rounds of chaos ensue, and the Democrats will help install an actual conservative Republican (say Rep. Jeffries) into the Speakership who will not only allow a vote on the Ukraine bill, but also work on actual governance which is why they were elected to Congress in the first place.

Meanwhile, our NATO allies (despite the aims of a tЯц☭p / Putin cabal) stepped up to the plate and are proving $100 billion US despite the anti-American MAGA Congress Critters who are radicalized by (and repeating) Russian propaganda.

If the repub’s machinations get him back into the WH next January, the same boatload will be waving goodbye to NATO.

Republicans side with Putin who supports Iran who supports Hamas.

Anti democracy republicans want to destroy western civilization and turn the USA into fascist Sparta.

So much for helping our allies.

I’m not political but doesn’t it bother any who are interested in politics that a man who is not holding elected office is directing legislation for the country?

Conservatives are just worried that if they give too much money to Ukraine, there won’t be enough for them to grift.
