With much of the Repugnant rhetoric (particularly that of the Orange Blob) I am reminded of the scene in Mars Attacks! in which the Martians are toting around a big speaker that is repeatedly broadcasting the message “we come in peace” while simultaneously blasting every human that they see.

He takes full credit for Dobbs, but he is not to blame for the results. Isn’t he good?

Trump expects his followers to believe only what he says today, regardless of what he has stated, often repeatedly, previously.

And they comply. Blankly, willingly, stupidly, they comply.

He takes credit for other people’s success and achievements, but never fails to put blame for his mistakes and incompetence on others. He thinks he is Mr. Perfect.

Some wag said that Republicans are pro life, from conception to birth.

He’s probably said that 5 times in his life.

But we all know he’s in bed with 5 and possibly 6 members of the Court. Politics doesn’t necessarily make strange bedfellows.

Campaigns on I got rid of Roe vs Wade" but then claims he WON’T sign a national ban? I get why HE does it but why would ANYONE believe him?

This is Trump and all Anti-Abortion crowd. Insist all babies be born, but no well baby or well mother care, no education, provide lousy foster care and adoption support. You’re on your own!

MC4802 has it exactly right – they have no plans in place for nor wants to pay the cost of all the children their bans on abortion are causing – Trump has never accepted RESPONSIBILITY for any of his actions and neither have the republicans with which he’s entered into an unholy alliance!

Accepting responsibility is one of the “marks” of adulthood and it seems we are dealing with a bunch of willful CHILDREN.

He’d abort it if he could.
