Our youngest (when he was about 13 or so) & his best friend heard that if you mixed something with detergent, it would explode. They did, it didn’t; he leaned over to look, it did – fortunately just barely. 1st degree burns and no eyebrows for a while.
And these were just about the 2 smartest kids in their class.
