Scary! That exact thing happened to me 5:20 a.m. this morning.
You’re going to have an EMERGENCY if you don’t scritch!!!!!!! :)
My cats do that too!

the wake-up usually involves the cat’s butt applied to your face… ☺
I thought for a minute there, the “emergency” might have been an empty food bowl.
