Monica ‘worked’ in the White House from 1995-96, too late for it to be included here. Since this is early in the series – it should be about 1990 or 91. It has to be one of the many other politicians’ mistresses.

Could it be Donna Rice – the woman associated with Gary Hart – 1988 presidential campaign?

That is definitely a Clinton (pre-Monica) reference, and the bit about Michael Jackson’s pedophilia puts it at about 1993 or 1994. Even before the Monica Lewinsky story broke (in 1998), everyone sort of knew that Clinton had fooled around in the past, even though nothing had (yet) been proven.

I think the expression “Mr. President” gives it away. Is that not how Marilyn Monroe addressed Kennedy when she sang Happy Birthday to him?
