Yeah: I’ve never been THAT down and out, so who am I to talk. But I’ve "seen"* people die of their drug use and I’ve seen (some) people turn it around… and not ONE of them did that while still using.
* I have personal accounts from people who have actually watched them die, but I’ve not been present. Yet.
People tend to blame the drug dealers, when smart people know if there is no demand there will be no suppliers. What is the root cause, or is it a means of controlling the population who would rebel against the wealth disparity if they were not doped out?

People are overdosing because they dont’ even know what they are taking, not that they spend a lot of time thinking about it when struggling with an addiction.
That’s also what has happened to republicans on’’ trump’’, I have no idea he only addicted the dumb ones through. But like fentanyl addicts they just cannot give him up no matter how many deaths he causes.
