Trump has no immunity he cant kill someone and get away with it

Only a guilty person would plead the 5th amendment. Also, if a President has that much immunity, then Biden has the right to kill Trump.
If liar Trump is innocent, why does he need immunity? Or does he just want immunity to murder political opponents?
According to some, he just needs to be running for President to be immune to prosecution.
It comes down to this: if Presidents had the “total immunity” Trump claims, there would have been no reason for Jerry Ford to pardon Nixon so that he wouldn’t be prosecuted for his crimes.
