If a college president said it, it MUST be bad because as you know, universities are a hotbed of those horrible dam-librul ideas that steal our children from us and make us look stoopid.
What I noticed is how none of the right-wing political cartoonists will touch on the travesty that happened in Texas. Where a woman trying to exercise her reproductive rights and protect her health was forced to flee the state to get help?
→ Non-viable fetus that wouldn’t live past birth.
→ A woman’s health was in danger, jeopardizing her future to have other children.
→ The criminal Ken Paxton threatened jail time for anyone who tried to help her, while the Texas Supreme Court, full of white male Republicans, overruled a lower court.
I can’t imagine why our right-wing friends are so silent on the issue.
GOP-types loathe context. Anyone know the difference between hate speech and hate actions? GOP encourages both from its slavish followers, but protects the speech of Orange Jesus.
The question was carefully worded so as to get the answer from the educators that was wanted. It was a trap set by Republican/conservatives and led by House GOP Conference Chair Elise Stefanik, R-N.Y. The presidents of Harvard, MIT and Penn State wouldn’t play Stefanik’s game. But the conservative media attacks the educators, not the ones doing the dirty tricks. There was no call for genocide from any of the universities, just an opportunity for a bushwhack.
Amazing how the new liberals were able to run free shod almost anything until they started attacking Israel. Well Israel and American Jewish people actually have some major power to push back with. It is really refreshing to hear the new liberals whine and cry when they have to deal with the consequences of their actions.
Let us all remember…House progressive Reps. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., and Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich. – who was censured for chanting “from the river to the sea”.

Yeah, because balancing free speech and hate speech is EXACTLY what Hitler was about.

Isn’t it great to target college kids instead of all the nazis on the right?

First they came for the Socialists, and I did not speak out—Because I was not a Socialist.
Then they came for the Trade Unionists, and I did not speak out—Because I was not a Trade Unionist.
Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out—Because I was not a Jew.
Then they came for me—and there was no one left to speak for me.
