No, no, no! “Bah. Humbug.” is CHRISTMAS, not Thanksgiving!!! Plus, tho’ it’s rather turkey-centric, plenty of people feast on a version of your Sunday Roast Meal. (We usually do have turkey, but, Christmas is whatever we have a taste for. One year, we made beef stroganoff.)
Back (many years ago) when I had my Huskies ….. I’d cook a full meal , Turkey (de-boned after cooking), Potatoes. Squash, homemade stuffing and a broth gravy for Thanksgiving ….. Ham at Christmas, with the fixings …… It was interesting to make 10 plates full and putting them down but actually they were really good …… :)
