The strip reminds me of FEMA’s response to Katrina under Shrub 43. Lots of supplies unable to get to the needy due to red tape and politics except the situation is multiplied exponentially by parties on both sides who do not care for the masses, just their agendas.

Such is the ugly side of war. Hamas wanted this war and started it. Would one expect the other side to help the enemy in war? What has Hamas done since 2007 to provide water, food, medical, energy, etc for the people of Gaza?

Hamas’ stated goal is the extermination of Israel. It took the civilians of Gaza hostage when it took power and has hidden among them while it strikes Israel ever since. Please, tell me a resolution which satisfies both sides.

Thank you, Ted, for recognizing Israel as terrorists exercising the only thing they understand. Violence, death, and destruction.

So, if most of the people in Gaza don’t support Hamas, how does Hamas get away with ‘it’?? Oh, that’s right, disagree with them and they kill you.

Keeps Israel soldiers safe by keeping them on the border. Laying siege and bombing your enemy is a tactic used through the ages in that area.

We should send medical supplies and humanitarian aid to both nations and if either one doesn’t like it too effing bad. It’s always the civilians that suffer.

War crimes are war crimes. Very few extremists on either side (and quite a few of their outside boosters) seem to ever consider what the reaction of the other side might be and how that impacts their own people.

For “amateurs”, Hamas is pretty efficient at murdering helpless, unarmed civilians. As Bill Maher pointed out, when they kill innocents, they celebrate it; when Israel kills them, they express regret at the loss of life from collateral damage.
