Another one….Trooper seen an older gentleman driving onto the freeway…he was leaning out the window just a hollering. Trooper stopped him to inquire as to what was wrong…he says……Sir I was yelling Right of Way…..like the signs says…Yield Right of Way……so I was yelling right of way.
