He also expressed interest in a new Harry Potter project, despite poor performance on the Fantastic Beasts movie and Rowling’s own radical anti-trans stance, because it is a “beloved brand.” He is removing things from streaming systems, he claims to make room for new projects, but in practice he is eliminating anything that isn’t just a major hitmaker, which is absurd, instead of perhaps helping people discover what they already have.
When you are a media organization that refuses to make money with your media, you are in serious trouble.
