    Insurance companies have to deal with state regulations. And many states require benefits that drive the price up. And eventually the state wants the companies to lose money. So they leave.

    Same crowd that denies sea level rising decried climate change and sea level rising in NYC a few years ago. They said if that was true then why had the WTC site not yet flooded? Huh, how ’bout that then, huh? That will show ya your scientists are full of it!

    And then the WTC site flooded just a few weeks later

    Alot of insurance companies are refusing to write new homeowners insurance in California because of all of the wild fires.
