Mr trump’s lawyer entered a plea of not guilty for the grumpy old geezer on June 13, 2023. He will be tried by a jury of his peers. Because he resides in the United States of America, he is presumed innocent until he is found guilty by the jury – or not guilty. This process is called the Rule of Law. No one is above the law. 1000 or so insurrectionists have gone thru this process or they pled guilty.

I am not aware of any Democrat getting off scot-free for taking and concealing classified documents, ignoring a subpoena for them, lying about them, ad infinitum ad nauseum.
