I LOVE IT!! Learning to love our bodies takes a long time sometimes and the suddenly you realize your body was not all that bad “back then”.

All of those sayings make my eyes roll. Seriously? “I will be an enabler of miracles”?? Yup, I’m glad she’s so thoughtful. Billy and I try to suppress the eye roll urge. We don’t want LMB to get into that habit.

I was good until she got to “I will be an enabler . . .” Then I substituted my own affirmation. It looks nothing like Cathy’s. I’m sure you are all shocked by that. I had to cover my eyes so LMB didn’t see my eyes flipping around like a slot machine combo.

Or, maybe she could spread those notes around the house a little. Nah—probably wouldn’t make much difference. She’s an expert at inspiring the eye-roll, ain’t she?

Let us know how the HOA meeting goes tomorrow. Hopefully everything works out as it should . . . with everyone managing to keep their tempers in check . . . and their words and actions towards each other respectful . . . so that you can all work together for a wonderful, more peaceful neighborhood for everyone to live in!!!

Well, I say — whatever works for you, Cathy! You can’t depend on anyone else to build up your self-esteem for you . . . you’ve got to do it on your own! That way, no one can tear you down . . . except you yourself! There you go! There’s yet another affirmation for you to stick to your mirror!!!!!
