Good morning everyone.I had a pair of pants like that once. My grandson picked them out, so it wasn’t like I could hide them away and not wear them.

Aren’t these currently back in style? I want to see what she looks like in plaid ones.

When crop pants first came in, many of them were bright florals and I felt just like Cathy. I quickly went back to my solid colors and as the saleslady said, things looked a lot better!

WOW she’s huge. I wonder if that’s her own self-image or Sales Lady’s interpretation. She’s not exactly slim and trim, but she’s not balloon shaped either.

Hi fellow Cathyites. Friend Aaron arrived safely. Today was a simulated jumbo jet crash drill, something he hasn’t been trained at yet. He wore both his firefighter and paramedic hats for that. And poor LMB is walking all around the place looking for traces of Aaron. Not that I don’t miss him already too. Sigh.

WOW!!!!! Cathy had better not ask anyone if those pants make her butt look fat because someone just might say “No, your fat butt makes butt look fat!”

Dr. Billy: I know you miss Aaron but today’s training sure sounds exciting! Living/working in the D.C. area . . . you just never know when knowledge like that may come in handy (unfortunately). Poor LMB though! Dogs are such creatures of habit and easily get upset when their schedules get messed up. Hope you’re giving him lots of hugs, kisses and attention and that he’s doing okay!

Hi Cathyites!! Cathy does seem to be drawn excessively fat today. I tend to like flowered pants — probably because my legs are thin from dancing. (That doesn’t mean I couldn’t stand to lose a little in other areas.)

Glad to hear lightenup jr had a great birthday!! Also glad Aaron arrived for his training ok & he’ll be back before you know it Billy.

lightenup jr.: I was very busy and couldn’t be here to say this to you yesterday so I hope it’s okay if it’s a day late! Hope your birthday was a really GREAT one!!!!!

GsMom & lindz.coop you’re right, he’ll be home soon enough. People often wonder how we sometimes manage on a daily basis with me working all day and Aaron working all night. The hug before I leave for work in the a.m. and the second hug when I get home before he goes to work is the magic. The good thing now is that I can sleep deeper knowing he’s not out in harm’s way all night.

BTW lindz.coop you’re beginning to show up earlier. I like it. Normally I don’t see your fun and wise comments until around 5:30 a.m. And since he’s not been here yet, HULLO rgcViper. :-)

OK. For me, this one went beyond the common “eye-roll”—to more of a “face-palm”.

At least we finally saw another “AACK”, though … it’d been a long time.

Looks like we just missed each other, Billy. Hello to you and everyone else as always.
