The judge is female and she’s a Trump appointee who has already shown she’s more than willing to distort things in his favor. Though there’s a minuscule chance she’ll recuse herself, there’s a slightly larger chance that she’ll do something so egregious that the prosecutor can get a higher court to intervene.

And the courts really can’t do anything about how the Drumpists feel and react.

The Dems should think long and hard about pressuring Biden to step down, unless they have no problem with a second Trump presidency. Biden or Trump, either way the plutocrats win

Undecided have not been swayed by Duh Furor’s claims of persecution. Traditional Repubs are turned off by his traitorous actions. MAGAts and Alt Reichers still support him without reservation but their numbers aren’t increasing.

There will never be a “sentencing”. This will be drug out until a) trump or the republicans win, when the process will be cancelled or b) trump dies and the process becomes redundant.

Smith will request the trial be moved else where, rather than have her, the biased judge take the case! He’s not dumb!

Back in the day, judges were supposed to be impartial…today they let all the political beliefs hang out! There’s no justice anymore when this happens!

We are a dying country and culture. I wish it was an unjust fate and that we didn’t deserve it.

Time will tell, but I suspect that significant fatigue will set in as the Florida, Georgia, and DC cases go forward. The GQP may very well end up renominating him out of a failure to coalesce around one, or at most two of his challengers, but I am optomistic (and pray) that the electorate at large will have no more of him.

If convicted Make him do community service for at least 10 years.

Ted — and if we ignore his criminal (appearing, since he hasn’t been found guilty by a jury of his peers yet) actions and he is not brought to justice, how does that help the country? The situation is definitely between a rock and a hard place, but allowing Trump to skate can only weaken respect for the law.

There was a guy who really polled well after going to prison in Germany during the 1930s professing the same politics. How’d that work out?

The UN has said that they are going to have to cut food support to the children of Gaza because their budget is about empty, apparently with no sign of it being refreshed.

Could groups like ours afford to make a significant one-time donation to food for the kids in Gaza that would also shame countries that should be strictly boycotting the Zionist monsters?
