Oh, I could have oodles to say about this subject myself…but we all have better things to do today, I’m sure. :P
The front edge of the ship must be curved. So as long as the cat’s nose is curved, you’re good. And you can build the warp engines into the legs, as each pair needs an unimpeded view of each other. All in all, sounds doable.
