I don’t understand the rhetoric that we need to do everything we can to stop putin in Ukraine (without doing too much, of course) because it’s better to stop him there than in Germany, Poland, France, etc. Putin/Russia is bogged down in eastern Ukraine in what has become a war of attrition. Russia would be slaughtered if they invaded a NATO country. It would be over in a week. Russia is not a formidable military force. If they squared off against South Carolina, I’d put my money on SC. :)
“I mean he’s taking over a country for $2 worth of sanctions, I’d say that’s pretty smart. Great piece of land with a lot of people, and just walking right in." — another Genius, the Stable one.
Ha, some Victory day! One ancient T-34 tank, no flyovers and the military troops on parade were not combat soldiers, they were cadets, auxiliaries and the children of high ranking politicians serving their mandatory military time in safe cushy positions.
Meanwhile it’s looking like Ukraine is kicking off its Spring counterattack.

C’mon, Mr Ramirez! They had a tank in the parade. A tank. I guess the others were in the shop, surely Russia of all countries has all the fuel they need. Wait. . . .

I’m surprised he didn’t run an ICBM down through the square. It’s the last arrow in his quiver.

There was only one tank in the parade…and the wack job on the sidelines….or was it his body double?

Yeah I heard they had only one old WWII T34 tank at the annual military parade this year.
