Poor Mr Payne… he carries his disbelief in climate change the proverbial one step too far to impossible. Ho Hum.

Why, oh why did they ever mandate catalytic converters?

We should have just used Thoughts and Prayers.

Repubs lack of gun laws is doing a great job at reducing human emissions.

There are many on the left that truly believe the solution to climate change is to eliminate at least half the human population.

We here in the USA started a great effort to clean up our local environments more than fifty years ago inspired the wake up call of the 1969 Cuyahoga river fire. Since then Federal, State and other local governments spent hundreds of billions cleaning up toxic waste sites, waterways and improving air quality. I remember back in the 60s and 70s living at the foot hills of the mountain range separating Los Angeles from my home in the Mojave Desert, watching the LA smog pour through the mountain pass. That condition no longer exists. We paid the heavy price to clean up the mess left by our ancestors and rightfully so. We’re still doing it as it is an ongoing process but most of the work has been done and a great deal of money spent.

That China at this time is outspending the USA in this regard is no surprise as they started late in the game, has a much larger population, a larger Country and had virtually no environmental regulations. They have a long way to go to achieve what the USA has done and come up to our standards. If they ever do.

We here in the USA made our largest blow to energy independence when we allowed reagan into the white house. He immediately dismantled any hopes of progress against pollution and prevention of climate change as soon as he stepped across that threshold, and set the precedent followed by right wing radicalism to this day. We could have been world leaders in green energy technology and an inspiration, but here we are today, at the bottom of the world list of true energy independence leaders

Remember how Chuck Schumer said they weren’t coming for the gas stoves and 3 months later they were?

Yea. . . California isn’t called “Commiefornia” because of the good ideas and good people. They don’t have those things there. Socialism blows chunks but fools and pawns don’t get it yet. But they will, when their carbon emissions are eliminated 100%.
