The GQP dehumanizes the victims. Even/especially the children slaughtered. They even deny that massacres happened. Hey, did not the Nazis do exactly the same thing? Why yes they did. They did the very exact same thing right down to the last letter. Now how did that work out for everyone involved? And yet the GQP is following in their footsteps.
And yet the GQP says it is a “christian” bunch. How exactly did Jesus justify the many massacre of people and then deny it ever even happened? Let them try to explain that and then try to tell us how “christian” they are and how much like Nazis they are not in the same breath. That should be a mighty interesting bit of “logic”
I don’t see any firearms in that image. I do see a lot of bullet holes. Why have we not considered letting everyone have as many guns as they could possibly want, but levying a 10000% tax on bullets? The Second Amendment doesn’t say anything about ammo. And ammo reloaders don’t tend to be the sort of gun enthusiast to shoot up malls/schools/churches/bars/etc.
In a tweet by Ian Cheong(sp?) the Q’s are already claiming the Allen massacre was a “false flag” and the shooter was an illegal immigrant, not a white supremacist. So that didn’t take long.
I saw a documentary on Biblical times. They theorized Jesus wasn’t nailed to a cross as we know it. There weren’t any trees tall enough to build the cross. They said it was most likely a cross in an X pattern with the hands nailed to the top arms and feet nailed or tied to the bottom arms.
Nearly 60 years ago folksinger Phil Ochs wrote a song called “Here’s to the State of Mississippi”. You can take out that state and substitute just about any with this verse:
Here’s to the churches of MississippiWhere a cross once made of silver now is caked with rustAnd the Sunday morning sermons pander to their lustThe fallen face of Jesus is choking in the dustAnd heaven only knows in which god they can trust….
Don’t forget book banning and “snitch” lines to report teachers teaching accurate U.S. History (such as slavery). In Virginia the GOP tried to rush through a revised history curriculum that called Native Americans the first immigrants.
It seems it’s the democrats and their media who do this the Memphis shooting went away real fast because the killer was one of theirs, the manifesto is still being hidden

The Republican answer to gun control, all wrapped up in one symbol.
“Thoughts and prayers”…."
I wonder what type of assault style rifle Jesus would own???

“As you do to the least of these, so you do to me.”
Even I know that verse, and I’m not a Christian.

Don’t use the word “victims.” It makes them feel bad. Say, I dunno, “unfortunates,” “the unlucky souls,” “final headcount.” or something.

What can you expect from a religion that uses an ancient Roman method of torture and execution as its symbol?
