Back in the ’90s the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia was putting war criminals from Bosnia etc. on trial. Someone in the progressive magazine THE NATION said that there was no good acronym that fit ICTFY, so I thought of “Ictionfay”! (So saucy of me…)
