That it is….while I may whinge and whine a wee about some facets of advancing years (my legs are way more tired than I reckon they should be after a wonderful hike up our mountain yesterday) I am so grateful for the ability to appreciate the simple good that is free for the appreciating…my coffee is hot and brewed perfectly, it’s a glorious west coast sunrise, and the birds have been happily and noisily cavorting for the past couple hours….
