Last time I lived in an apartment one of the girls upstairs decided to take up the drums. Didn’t really bother me, since she only practiced during the day when I was at work anyway. Only real problem was when I was home, she hadn’t gotten very good at it yet. Try to run before she could walk, basically.
Some people would consider this an enticement. My musician husband influenced our new neighbors to buy the house next door. Of course, they are musicians, too.
