Fox tried to nudge back towards reality based coverage, and their viewers simply left for purveyors like OAN who would satisfy that demand.

Is there just one 1.6B lawsuit, or is one of several hefty lawsuits pending against the network and its minions? Does not Smartmatic also have a multi-billion dollar lawsuit?

While I like this cartoon and I welcome the analogy I do remember that we have a tiered justice system where the rights of the wealthy few far outweigh the rights of the people. What is the bar for proving defamation? If found guilty will they actually pay or change their behavior?

Sadly after the jury awards the $1.8 billion to Dominion, the lawyers will all get rich filing appeals until the Supreme Court invalidates the award.

Fox will get off scot free (except for the $millions that the lawyers will make – a drop in the bucket).

Dominion will end up paying more $millions for lawyers.

Here’s what is going to happen. After years of delays IF the case ever actually ends up before a jury, the amount of damages will be reduced to a token amount. IF faux is found innocent…game over. If they are found guilty they will appeal and appeal until they get a republican judge or it finally ends up in front of the supreme court who will, in a party line vote at best, give them a pass. Faux will use this “persecution” to sell themselves even more to their “we’re the REAL victims” audience and come out of the whole thing stronger than ever. Personally I would LOVE to see this take down faux news but it just ain’t gonna happen.

Time for the judge to ride up and put the fox out of its misery.

Watching FOX now is a declaration of stupidity. No getting around it.

Chicago elections have been corrupt for centuries. NYC, Philly, LA, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Dallas, Phoenix, DC, Portland, Seattle, and Boston all fall in that category. FOX reported the corrupt election truthfully. It is not a lie if people don`t agree with the truth.

They misspelled FOX. It’s should be FAUX.
