Just put her on the scale. But don’t announce her weight to the world like one dopey nurse did to me. Of course she was thin. I told her if she tried really hard they could hear her in the next county.
Unless you are on meds that are dosed according to your weight, you do not need to be weighed every time you go to the doctor’s office. I refuse to do it.

I got weighed at the Dr. yesterday. Obviously my jeans were heavy and so was my tee shirt….sigh
